This demonstration will show you how easy it is for students to take a lesson assessment or activity. When students login to the Lesson Assignment they can view the article referenced by each question on the questionnaire. Students can access the Assignment from school or home and do not need to complete the Assignment on each login. Answers selected by students are recorded for grading and record keeping.

Student Login Information Cards
Directions: Click on above link, then click directly next to the School ID and Password fields. Enter School's ID Number, and Password. These are auto-fill in blanks, after you enter the information into the fields and click outside of the box, all of the remaining information fields automatically fill-in. After filling in the school's information, print out the form on either pre-formatted business card sheets or plain paper. When printing on plain paper, cut the Login ID's along guide lines, and distribute to students.

Important Notice: The Admin Password needs to be protected from the students, it allows students access into the School's Admin Utilities. Please store them in a safe and secure location.

Once the image has completed downloading, either print the desired number of posters, or save the image to your computer to be printed at a later time.  Color printing is recommended, but can be printed using only black ink or black toner printers as well.
